Shipping policy

ALL orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all tracking information. 

If we experience an unusual high volume of orders or any unexpected delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We currently are ONLY shipping within the United Kingdom. At this time we do not offer international shipping. 

Shipping costs are all calculated and will display before you complete your purchase. 

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and may vary on the shipping service selected. We will be only using Royal Mail for all shipping at this time. While we aim to ensure prompt deliveries, delays caused by couriers, weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur. 

You will be able to track your parcel as soon as it is shipped, you will receive this via email once dispatched. 

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us on our contact us page on our website. We will work with the courier and investigate the issue and get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
